Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. –Aug 5, 2009 – Phoenix Precision Technology Corporation (PPT) (TAIEX: 2446) today reported that net sales for July 2009 were NT$1,109,202 thousand, representing 1% increase over June 2009. On a year-over-year basis, net sales for July 2008 decreased 4%.

Explaining the share exchange ratio between PPt and Unimicron. (2009/7/27)
PPt and Unimicron jointly announced that the share exchange ratio was approved in the respective board meetings at the July 24, 2009. Under the merger agreement, one PPt common share will be converted to 0.628 Unimicron common shares. |
