Take care of employees' work life from the inside to outside
PPt outer appearance uses red brick wall which symbolizes energy and the building is surrounded by greenery which symbolizes vitality to convey the concept of sustainable development. Inside the company corridors are different styles of paintings everywhere using the "Cultural Gallery" to enrich the spirit of the staffs. A gym, aerobics room and KTV room are also planned on the top floor leisure center to provide employees leisure space to release the fatigue of the day and replenish the energy for tomorrow’s work.
To take care of the staff’s work life we pay attention to employees' living environment. Here we have a restaurant with good ambiance where staff can have a pleasant meal. We also provide a canteen, staff lounge, clinic and nursing rooms, to provide a convenient environment. The company also offers a dormitory for staffs who are tired of commuting.

Fun in PPt
To create a "Family" working atmosphere, PPt plans to hold year-end party, games, family day, organize talent contest and community activities to interconnect and link every employee so that we can better know each other, and promote more cooperation. "Family" the second layer of relationship between colleagues.
